What will it cost to de-clutter and get organized?
A variety of factors determines how a project unfolds: the size of your home, nature of the contents, volume, how quickly you make decisions, what your priorities are, your timeline and end goal… all these factors add up to your unique situation. Creating the home you desire or preparing your home for a sale and move could range from $500 to $15000, or more. We work with you and your goals. There are options.
Do you hold Garage sales for clients?
No, at our hourly rates it wouldn’t be beneficial for you, but we can help set up items in the Garage that you would like to sell to make it easier for you.
Do you clean while de-cluttering?
Cleaning is an add on option. De-cluttering is the process of getting rid of things you don’t need. If clutter (anything you don’t use and love) is on a surface (like a piece of furniture, a counter, or the floor), clearing those items by de-cluttering makes the area look much better. But it’s not the same as cleaning. The next step would be organizing. Organizing is putting things in order. It’s about finding proper homes for items and keeping them there.
You have the option to add “light cleaning” once we organize ( which includes, dusting & wiping surfaces, vacuuming & mopping floors).
If you require a deep cleaning of your home our hourly rate of cleaning would be evaluated once most of the clutter is removed.
