J&C Elite Cleaning Services is experienced in cleaning up messes created by hoarding. We fully clean and clear your space, making sure to dispose of any waste. Once everything is removed from the house, we will disinfect and decontaminate everything to ensure the space is livable. One of the biggest issues with hoarders who wish to change is the monumental task of cleaning everything to make a first step.

Understanding Hoarder Levels
Hoarding is a disorder that involves a compulsive need to keep objects, trash or animals.
The Institute for Challenging Disorganization has created a scale with five hoarding levels to rank the severity of hoarding.
• Level 1 hoarders still have all doors, windows and stairs in their home accessible, minimal clutter. No Mice droppings or odors.
• Level 2 hoarders have clutter that is beginning to block living areas and noticeable odor in their home.
• Level 3 hoarders have visible clutter outside their home, all throughout the home, noticeable odor and require deep cleanings.
• Level 4 hoarders adds rotting food, excessive bugs and poor animal sanitation to the issue. Poor condition of Appliances and cabinets.
• Level 5 is the most severe hoarding level and involves extreme clutter, animals that pose a risk to people and seriously unsanitary conditions.

Electrostatic Spray add on (is recommended for proper sanitization )

Carpet Cleaning/Removal
Depending on carpet condition we can deep clean or remove it for you *based on hoarder level*
Window Cleaning
Deep clean all of your windows, tracks and screens
Furniture
Disinfecting of all furniture and shampooing/steaming of upholstery and fabrics *based on hoarder level
Laundry
Gather all Laundry in bags for you and have them picked up by a Laundry Service to be cleaned *if applicable*
Trash Removal
All garbage’s and items will be thrown into a garbage container (needs to be provided by client and emptied if full)
Doors, Trim and Baseboards
All Doors, Trim and Baseboards will be thoroughly washed and disinfected *based on hoarder level (might need paint touch up or removal)
Wall Washing
All walls and ceilings will be washed and disinfected *based on hoarder Level (might require painters afterwards)*
Light fixtures & Ceiling fans
All light fixtures and fans will be properly washed and disinfected *based on hoarder Level
Electrostatic Disinfection *optional*
We recommend to add our Full Disinfection Application to our Cleaning Service to give you an additional protection against all kinds of different viruses and bacteria and mold and fungi. Our Application will attach itself from top to bottom and cover every surface of your home
Floors
All floors will be swept /vacuumed and mopped and properly disinfected *based on hoarder level (might need replacement)
Kitchen & Bathroom
All cabinets will be wiped out from top to bottom and disinfected, deep clean of toilets, sinks, tubs and showers *based on hoarder level (might need replacement)
Supplies
All supplies and equipment will be provided by Us *depending on hoarder level (there might be an up-charge for equipment that needs to be thrown out after and product usage)
Pets
Any pets need to be safely removed from the home and can return once the cleaning is completed
Appliance Deep Clean
Interior and Exterior of Appliances will be thoroughly cleaned
F.A.Q.
Do I need to leave my Home during the cleaning?
We will try to give the client some time to organize through their belongings or put sticky notes on the things they want to keep. Depending on the condition of your Home and Hoarder Level, you might not be able to keep a lot of items due to hygienic and safety reasons.
Should i organize items before you arrive?
To save our time and get the job done faster, it is recommended that you have prepared an area of all the items you would like to keep or add sticky notes.
Can my pets stay in my Home?
Unfortunately it is unsafe for us to work around your pets and due to the high amount of cleaning products we will be using it won’t be safe for your pets to be in your home during the cleaning service.
